Benefits of fish food:
Fish contains many valuable nutrients for adults and is important for the growth and neurological development of children, including:
1. Omega-3: Research shows the importance of omega-3:

• Reduces the risk of ischemic stroke.
• Lowers triglyceride levels.
2. Protein: Essential for the growth of muscles, blood, enzymes and nerves in the body.
3. Vitamin B12: Beneficial for:
• Production of red blood cells (erythropoiesis).
• Nervous health.

4. Vitamin D: This is one of the most important vitamins for the overall health of the body, including:

Recommended quantity:
Eating fish twice a week is advised by the American Heart Association, particularly fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, and herring.
