When you wash and moisturize your hands and feet, you don’t have to go to the beauty salon and waste a lot of money and time. This beauty routine is easy to do at home. Take a large bowl with warm water to wash your hands and feet. Add a pinch of salt, add 1 tablespoon of almond oil and rub with 2-6 drops of peppermint oil and soak your feet in water for 15-20 minutes.
If your feet are swollen, wash your hands and soak them in warm water for five minutes. Next, mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of lavender oil and rub your hands again with the mixture. Wash in a circular motion. After washing your hands, apply the cream to your feet in the same manner and wash it off. After finishing the massage, wash your hands and feet. You will be more at ease and feel peaceful and relaxed.
